Product Availability
In the product catalog published on this site, since access and the ability to place online orders change product availability in real time, Zucche.net does not guarantee the certainty of assignment of the ordered goods.
Risk and Ownership
At the time of delivery of the goods, the customer must check the integrity of the packages and the quantitative and qualitative correspondence with what is indicated in the order.
When you receive the package and the packaging is not perfectly intact, sign “WITH RESERVATION”, otherwise we will not be able to start the refund process.
In case of discrepancies, these must be reported on the same accompanying document and confirmed, within seven days, by registered letter with return receipt after contacting us by email: info@zucche.net
Orders
Orders are accepted only via the Internet (online) and by email. The customer who sends the order via the internet through this site will receive, at the end of the procedure, a confirmation communication of the order by email, indicating the related order number; if, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even for accounting, administrative reasons or due to lack of product.
Shipping
Shipments will be made by express courier (SDA, Bartolini, GLS, DHL, ..). It will be notified by email with the relevant Tracking ID, where the customer will be able to track their package. Zucche.net does not guarantee in any way the arrival of a package within a specific time, therefore it is not possible to request a complaint for goods delivered late. Even if a courier delivers a package after the scheduled day, zucche.net will not be responsible in any way.
Prices
All prices listed on the site, in the relevant column, are to be understood as prices including VAT.
Prices may be changed at any time, without notice.
Complaints
Any complaints can be communicated by email to info@zucche.net. In case of a purchase, once paid and shipped, the person is required to collect the package delivered by the courier. Otherwise, the order will be returned to the sender without any refund. Complaints are not accepted for orders received within 7 working days from the date of payment.
Technical Information
Zucche.net reserves the right to modify/update the technical information of the products in the catalog even without notice.
Liability
Zucche.net is not responsible for any damage or loss resulting from the sale of goods and services offered in the catalog published on the Zucche.net site, including for delayed and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of the goods to the specifications published on the site, nor for any other fact not directly attributable to Zucche.net.
Images, texts and graphics
Unauthorized copying of texts, images and graphics relating to this site is prosecutable under the law.
Invoicing
For each product purchased from zucche.net by a company, the company itself must provide for the self-invoicing of the purchased product. Regarding private individuals, invoicing or a receipt will not be our responsibility as it is a product of our own cultivation.
